HOW DOES THE SESSION LOOK?
First you learn how to breathe properly to mobilize your chest and expand your lungs but also to stabilise your lower back. Then you learn how to allign your spine and pelvis and shoulders so the muscles connecting these bony structures can work more effectivelly from the deeper layers to the more surface layers.
Then you start your exercises to get flexible but strong and stable spine without any pain, to get well formed thights and buttocs and so on.
After 55 min of this special Yoga and Pilates mix you will feel a lot of energy, some new muscles in your body and maybe also bigger appetite for life :)
