Yoga & Pilates, Yogalates, Yogilates or Yogates are compound exercises that perfectly correspond to the needs of European or American civilised body.


First you learn how to breathe properly in order to mobilize your chest cavity, expand your lungs ́ capacity and to stabilize your lower-back. Moreover, you discover how to synchronize and integrate your spine, pelvis and shoulders so that muscles which connect the bony structures could work more effectively from the deep to superficial layers of your body.

All in all, these combined exercises provide you with a more flexible, strong and stable spine without any pain, well formed thights, buttock, ect.

After a 55 minute class of Yoga and Pilates, you will feel full of energy, discover „hidden“ muscles in your body and you may also find a zest for life. :)
